Halo and Ground are listed at full price. If a colour is sold out, checkout stops before payment. No deposit is taken.
Refunds
Refund Policy
We do not take deposits. If you pay for a case that has not shipped, you can cancel for a full refund.

How to request a restock alert
Leave your email at checkout or write to support@spaceai.so. We notify you when that colour is available again.

If an order does go through
Paid orders follow the standard DIALS shipping and returns policy, including the 2-year warranty.

Cancellations before dispatch
If a paid order has not shipped, write to us with your order number. We refund the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
